A May 2009 document detailing the first 24 transnational cooperation projects of the Baltic Sea Region Programme (2007-2013), which aims to coordinate efforts in order to improve the environmental conditions of the Baltic Sea as well as to stimulate growth and balanced development to the region, describing their contribution to the European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region.
