A European Court of Auditors report into the banking measures financed under the framework of financial and technical measures (MEDA) in the context of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership, with the aim of contributing to initiatives of joint interest in the reinforcement of political stability and democracy, the creation of a Euro-Mediterranean free-trade area and the development of economic and social cooperation, taking due account of the human and cultural dimensions.
