A European Commission report on Egypt, providing an assessment of EU-Egypt bilateral relations, reflecting on progress under the Association Agreement and describing the 2005 situation in selected areas of particular interest for the partnership, aimed at guiding the preparation of joint action plans as well as serving as a basis for assessing future progress in the Union’s relations with Egypt.
