Tunisia Delegation newsletter: Environment at the heart of EU-Tunisia cooperation

The sixth issue of the newsletter published by the EC Delegation to Tunisia highlights the cooperation between the EU and the country in the environment sector.
 
The 12-page publication, published in French, explains, in a feature, the work and objectives of the Environment and Energy Programme, which aims to contribute to the development and consolidation of a sustainable strategy of the country in the fields of environment and energy, and strengthen the competitiveness of the Tunisian economy in terms of energy efficiency, impact on climate and natural environments.
 
The newsletter also includes an interview with the head of the Delegation’s political and economic section in which he addresses, among other issues, the implementation of the European Neighbourhood Policy in Tunisia and the question of migration, as well as an article introducing the Swedish Presidency of the EU and one explaining the results of the European Parliamentary elections. Brief news and events are also included in the newsletter.
