Projets en marche: la coopération régionale vue par les journalistes (Voisinage sud)

La coopération entre l’Union européenne et les pays couverts par la Politique européenne de voisinage (PEV) et soutenus au titre de l’Instrument européen de voisinage et de partenariat (IEVP) se situe à deux niveaux. Tout d’abord à l’échelon politique, lors des réunions au cours desquelles des chefs d’État et de gouvernement décident des domaines stratégiques prioritaires. Au second niveau, il s’agit de concrétiser ces décisions en mettant en oeuvre des actions sur le terrain, en finançant des projets qui soutiennent concrètement les efforts de changement et de modernisation des partenaires.

Ce soutien est octroyé aux partenaires essentiellement sur une base bilatérale. Il existe cependant aussi une dimension régionale, lorsque des fonds sont octroyés à des projets associant plusieurs pays du voisinage. Ce programme decoopération régionale est géré par EuropeAid.
